Spanish verb acudir - attend Acudir has many meanings depending on context, and it's often used idiomatically, e.g:
When referring to appointments or places, acudir can mean to go, to come, to arrive or to return to an appointment or call.
When referring to helping or receiving help acudir could mean to go to help, to give help or to turn to someone for help.
acudir tends to be used when one is called to show up or to be somewhere.

Spanish to attend is acudir acudir a algo: to turn up for something, to attend.
Acudir a la cita: to come/turn up to the event.
Centenares de personas acudieron para despedir al pintor famoso: Hundreds of people turned up to say good bye to the famous painter.
Debo acudir al hospital: I need to go to the hospital.
Las madres acuden a vacunar a sus hijos: The mothers come/arrive/turn up to vaccinate their children.
acudir a alguien: to turn to someone (ie for advice).
¿Dónde acudir en caso de un accidente: Where does one go in case of an accident?

Spanish for attend is acudir acudir a las urnas: to go to the polls.
acudir en masa: to turn up en masse, to flock in, to crowd to.
acudir en ayuda de: to come to the aid/help of.
acudir para ayudar a algn: to come to aid/help someone.

you informal vos replaces - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In regular IR verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
Presente:      vos acudís
Imperativo:  ¡acudí!
