We'll add the best to our next Learn Welsh 200 Words a Day!
Here's an example for you:
...imagine a mother says to her starry-eyed daughter,
"AND WHO GIRL is that fantastic looking man?!!"
Add GENDER TRIGGERS: a MALE main character for masculine words (blue text if you include a picture), FEMALE main character for feminine (red text).
If you add a picture use green text for adjectives, verbs in the picture.
CHARACTERS: Include, if possible, an appropriate famous character to your Welsh Memory Trigger. This more deeply embeds the sillly scene into the subconsious for better retention and quicker later recall. The more memory hooks the better.
Use characters that are linked with the word in some way.
The BEST TRIGGERS go in to future Learn Welsh courses.
Better still if you have a picture (cartoon, photo, collage, montage) to go with your Welsh Memory Trigger - etc upload that too! A picture is not compulsory, we'll get our artists to illustrate the best (time permitting). However Memory Triggers are much, much more effective when learned with pictures.
Add your Welsh Memory Trigger. If possible include a famous person or character associated with the word. For nouns - Male for masculine, female for feminine words.
